Laughs vs. silence at "Marius" - Three performances left!

Nastassia Maltsava as Fanny and Jim Gasperini as her wealthy suitor, Panisse. (Say hi, Chez Panisse fans!)
In Marseille, circa 1928: Ket Watters as the bar owner, Cesar; Matthew Surrence as Mr. Brun, a refined gentleman from Lyon; and Al Badger as the volatile ferry boat operator, Escartefigue
That's me, Lisa Carlson, blogger, as Honorine, and feeling very, very French.

I tell off Panisse, an "indelicate" man: "In my family, we are honorable people...."
It was one of those nights: we actors were zooming ahead, filled with energy and the zest that comes from knowing that this week provides our last opportunity to display our best performance and reach an audience...Who needs adrenaline, when you have it all?
