Cast Anew

Had an audition at the Sobel design building in SF on Wednesday for "Beat Heart Break" by experimental New York filmmaker Chris Fiorentini for the role of a diner waitress. Cool place. High ceilings, echo effects, lots of garmentos milling about. Afterwards, he asked if I could play two roles - including the role of a woman at the front door of an apartment, and also, he asked if I could suggest a location he could use for that front door scene.

Fast forward to just now. Chris called. I didn't make it as the waitress, but I will play the lady at the front door, and the door will be my front door. Here's to my elegant home for helping to get me another small role.

I may be able to wear my bathrobe in this scene, too. Many people's fantasy - to remain in bathrobe for work.

Boy, am I gonna have fun with this one!
