Rats...I Should Not Be Up This Late, But....

Tiffany had us run through the  play twice tonight. She was right to do it. Many nutty tech issues had to be resolved after our first full run through on stage tonight. Curtains, mikes, backstage lighting, noise levels, cues, ohmygawd, almost everything tech heeded some help. Yet, we actors kept it flowing...

Then there was the Big Fat Rat! One of our cast saw it in the courtyard and it sent her spinning. Sister Rachelle, this is a warning....beware of rats. Come see the show and you'll see how this warning relates to our story.

I slipped in a new pair of shoes tonight, and tomorrow I'll have another subtle surprise.

Eduardo Soler, my talented photographer, created an awesome website for the cast of "Firstborn" from his insightful and sensitive coverage of last night's rehearsal.

We open tomorrow night. Stay tuned.
