We were terrible tonight - most of us. Ironically, the actress who took over for one who had recently quit, is the best among us, so far. Not that she has a lot of lines...but she is spot on. The rest of us, well, we are off beat, missing lines, not always understanding the story, the characters, or our entrances and exits, and generally, in what any play production would call, "the second week of rehearsal."
Oh, about that naked director.... Character Peter has to do a nude scene and now our new actor, also our director, Sean, does not mind doing it, unlike the first man, who preferred to cover up a bit. It will be fun.
