TWTWTW
Are you old enough to remember "That Was The Week That Was?" Well, I am, barely...Been too busy to post my blog updates in a timely manner, but here's the skinny: I saw Charlie Varon's "Fwd: Life Gone Viral" last week at The Marsh in San Francisco (uneven, but with strokes of brilliance), followed by the San Leandro Players' original adaptation of "Pride and Prejudice" with a young cast and the standout Sukanya Sarkar as Lady De Brough (a grand evening of song and seduction). Tonight I participated in storytelling at the AgeSong Cafe, a new venue in San Francisco's Hayes Valley, and my major accomplishment, in addition to telling my Paris tale without a trace of nervousness, was in getting the audience to participate...it was a story swap, and that's just so much fun, always filled with surprises. Oh, and last night I was the last one auditioned for "Noises Off" in Berkeley. Oh, I don't stand a chance of getting booked as the outrageously hilarious Miss Otley, but that's okay...Remember what Woody Allen said about success? Go Google that, my friends.
