This is the 7th day of the 6th month of the 11th year. Do the math. When I do my basic Chinese numerology, it adds up to a nice, even number, 8.

I rarely win anything. Damn, I can't even get published! Oh, okay, I don't often submit my writing anywhere, and I never buy Lottery tickets, so what's surprising about that?

Tonight's wonderful adventure of watching my friend's performance in an original re-do of Orson Welles' H.G. Wells' "War of the Worlds," part of an evening of fascinating showcase performances by acting students in the East Bay (you know, San Francisco's other side?), engaged my participation in a raffle for Stagebridge. So, with my amazing winning ticket tonight, I got a major discount to take any class I choose through Stagebridge. I am thinking, Storytelling...in the Fall. And, I'm impressed with their guerrilla marketing tactics.
